Refund & Returns Policy

At Blue Moon Crystals we understand what shopping online means to you and we want to ensure you have a pleasant experience with our online store.

1. Australian Consumer Law

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law (https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/consumer-protection/refunds-and-returns), Blue Moon Crystals is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size/item or change your mind.

Our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (https://consumerlaw.gov.au/).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.

We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon code.

1.1. The Customer will not be entitled to a refund if any of Blue Moon Crystals Terms, Policies and Agreements have been breached by the Customer.

1.2. All other refunds will be processed at the sole discretion of Blue Moon Crystals, in-line with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission’s published policies and guidelines.

2. Your Rights

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

At Blue Moon Crystals, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of online purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

The item must be returned in saleable condition which means that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is till in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.

If an item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), damaged or has parts missing, please refer to the manufacture for support. A copy of your invoice can be found in your accounts section on the website for proof of purchase.

York Licesed Post Office reserves the right to send the item back to the manufacture if returned because of DOA (Dead on Arrival), damaged or has parts missing before issuing a full refund or replacement of the purchased item.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

2.1. The Customer can request cancellation of their Account or any Service(s) for any reason by logging into VIPControl and submitting a cancellation request. For security reasons, wew will not accept cancellation requests by any other method.

2.2. The Customer agrees to pay any outstanding invoices upon cancellation of their Service(s).

2.3. If the Customer requests cancellation of a Service after the invoice for the renewal of the Service has been paid, are fund will be issued in accordance with the Refunds subsection of this agreement.

3. Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us. Upon receiving your request, we will handle this with priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you!

3.1. Blue Moon Crystals does not warrant that:

(a) Any Service(s) provided will be uninterrupted or error free.

(b) The Service(s) will meet your requirements, other than as expressly set out in our terms and conditions, privacy and refund policies.

(c) The Service(s) will not be subjected to external hacking attempts, viruses, worms, denial of service attacks, or other persons gaining unauthorised access to the Service(s) or our partner hosting companies system.

3.2. Blue Moon Crystals does not make or give any express or implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice, with respect to any goods or services provided under or incidental to this agreement.

3.3. In no event will Blue Moon Crystals be liable to the Customer for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.

3.4. While Blue Moon Crystals will endeavour to provide continuous availablity of all Service(s) to the Customer, Blue Moon Crystals will not be liable for any Service interruptions or downtime.

3.5. Scheduled maintenance will be performed at a time whcih is deemed suitable by Blue Moon Crystals, and should it require any Services to be offline for a greater than thirty (30) minutes, Blue Moon Crystals will post details of the scheduled maintainance at least two (2) days prior.

4. Processing of Returns

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

During school holidays and public holidays, we ask you to please allow for an extra 1-3 business days for the returns process. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us. (We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.)

Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do may not have a direct replacement in store if requested by the manufacture for exchange.

If the returned item is sent back to us in the case of fault, damaged, missing or faulty items, we will be waiting for direct response from the manufacture that may take some time.
We will endeavour to keep you up-to-date as much as possible until a resolution is sought.
